Yoav Boaz is the VP and GM of Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) at ServiceNow. He leads a ServiceNow SPM business unit that includes Strategic Portfolio Management, Enterprise Architecture, and Collaborative Work Management. In this role, Yoav sets the strategy and product direction to help customers maximize their business outcomes as they embrace new ways of working. Yoav has more than 20 years of experience leading product teams in various areas of enterprise management and work collaboration.
