About Victor Szczerba

Victor Szczerba is the Chief Commercial Officer and a Board Member at Pathway. Victor has extensive experience launching tech solutions, including starting and scaling HANA at SAP. He has previously been the General Manager of the Data Division, EIM, and worked for McKinsey, Microsoft, and Sun. In 2013, he co-founded Yeti Data, the world’s first customer data platform. He has supported various tech companies in driving strategy, investment, and go-to-market execution as a Board Advisor.
