About Rodney Rihela

Rodney Rihela serves as Director of Resource Consulting at Technologent. Rodney is responsible for the strategic direction, vision, growth, and development of Technologent’s Resource Consulting Practice globally. Rodney also oversees Technologent’s recruitment team and assists in developing Professional Services offerings and the recruitment of Technologent’s internal staff. Prior to joining Technologent in 2018, Rodney served as Vice President of Sales and Recruiting and Director of Business Development for two IT Consulting and Staffing organizations. Rodney was instrumental in establishing new markets, exceeding revenue goals while developing innovative talent delivery and recruitment processes and standards to serve domestic and international clients. With over 20 years in the IT Consulting and Staffing industry Rodney has worked extensively with CIOs, VPs, Directors, and Managers within client's IT Departments, PMOs, and Human Resources, building winning talent strategies and project solutions.
